Important information about pricing and subscribing
1GB of storage is defined as 1000MB.If you decide to subscribe, simply click on the appropriate "Buy with 2CO" button and 2Checkout (our payment provider) will take you through the subscription process.
Once you have completed your checkout, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with details on how to immediately gain access to your Subversion repository.
Importance of a correct e-mail address
We match your payment to the e-mail address provided by you during checkout, and we will send your account activation e-mail to this e-mail. It is therefore important that you have access to the e-mail on the address you use for your Payment.
Account activation
Upon confirmation of payment, we will send out a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address from which your payment was made. If this e-mail does not turn up in your inbox, please check your spam box, as sometimes overly aggressive spam filters may erroneously catch the activation e-mail.
Item on your Credit Card/PayPal payment bill
SVNsite is a service from from Recursivity limited, your payment on your PayPal statement will therefore be quoted as being to "Recursivity limited".
JTrac issue tracker
Our main service is the SVN hosting service - the JTrac Issue Tracker is provided as a complimentary "as is" service: though we strive for an uninterrupted service, we make no guarantees for uptime, durability or reliability of the JTrac issue tracker instances.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, there is no minimum contract apart from the time that you have already paid for. You will continue to have access to your repository until the end of your current billing cycle (we do not refund money for subscriptions already paid for).
Upgrading/downgrading your account
You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time, although at the moment this requires manual intervention from our support team, and may therefore take up to one business day to take effect.
